exterior paint, elastomeric coating with proven effectiveness against sun, rain, mildew,
chipping, peeling and other environmental conditions.
Interior and Exterior House Painting and Texture Coating (Texcote™) includes:
- Trench at the foundation, 4 to 6 inches deep
- Mask all shrubbery, walkways, pools, etc.
- Hydroblast or sandblast stucco
- Power sanding of all wood surfaces
- Patch repair stucco surfaces to uniform finish
- Apply primers or water sealers
- Replace and repair damaged wood, caulk seams
- Replace window putty as needed.
- Full primer coat to all surfaces (not to be confused with spot priming)
- Stucco sprayed and back rolled
- Wood to be hand brushed
- Apply high quality paint finish coat

Interior House Painting includes:
- Masking all floors, windows, doors, hardware and furniture as necessary
- Removing all nails from walls and repair holes
- Removing all dirt and debris from walls and baseboards
- Sanding and caulking as necessary
- Apply a high quality interior paint finish coat
